POK (Polyketone) Extruded Profiles are high-performance custom-engineered profiles manufactured from advanced aliphatic polyketone polymer. Combining exceptional mechanical strength, superior wear resistance, excellent chemical stability, and eco-friendly safety, they serve as a premium alternative to traditional POM, PA, and other engineering plastic profiles for demanding industrial applications.

Tensile strength 58-60 MPa, high rigidity and structural stability. Exceptional toughness with elongation at break up to 300%, resisting cracking and breaking even at -40°C.

Natural wear performance ≈14× that of POM, low friction, long service life, reduced noise under dynamic wear.
- Superior Chemical & Hydrolytic Stability

I. Mechanical Properties
- Ultra-high toughness and impact resistance, no brittleness or cracking at -40ºC, with toughness far exceeding POM and PA.
- High tensile strength, excellent rigidity and strong structural stability.
- Wear resistance and self-lubrication: wear resistance is about 14 times that of POM, featuring low friction, quiet operation and long service life.
II. Chemical & Hydrolysis Resistance
- Resistant to gasoline, engine oil, hydraulic oil, alcohols, weak acids and weak bases.
- Excellent hydrolysis resistance, no degradation in high-temperature and humid environments, superior to PA66 and POM.
- Resistant to refrigerants and coolants, ideal for fluid and valve working conditions.
III. Dimensional Stability
- Extremely low water absorption, much lower than nylon, no deformation due to moisture.
- Low molding shrinkage, less warping and deformation, suitable for high-precision profiles and precision parts.
IV. Weather & Heat Resistance
- High heat distortion temperature, long-term service temperature is better than ordinary POM.
- Anti-aging and fatigue resistance, not easy to break under repeated stress.
