Our PVC threaded pipe plugs are high-performance sealing solutions designed for industrial piping, plumbing, and hydraulic systems. Manufactured from premium rigid PVC, these plugs feature excellent chemical resistance, low water absorption (≤0.2%), and outstanding dimensional stability with a molding shrinkage rate of 0.2%-0.6%.
With a tensile strength of up to 50 MPa, they deliver reliable mechanical performance for long-term use. The precision-machined male NPT/BSP threads ensure a tight, leak-proof seal, while the hex socket design allows for easy installation and removal with standard tools.
Ideal for blocking unused pipe openings, protecting hydraulic ports, and sealing process holes, these PVC plugs are corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and cost-effective. They perform reliably in a wide range of environments, making them the preferred choice for plumbing, chemical processing, and industrial equipment applications.
- High Tensile Strength: Rigid PVC boasts a tensile strength of 35-55 MPa, superior to ordinary PE and PP, making it suitable for pressure-bearing parts like structural components and pipe plugs.
- High Hardness: With a Shore A hardness of 60°-90°, it features a hard surface, excellent wear resistance and scratch resistance.
- Dimensional Stability: Low molding shrinkage rate (approx. 0.1%-0.6%), ensuring minimal deformation and high precision after processing.
