- High Strength and Rigidity: 30% glass fiber significantly enhances tensile strength, flexural strength, and impact resistance, which are far superior to pure PP, enabling it to withstand certain mechanical loads.
- Excellent Heat Resistance: Its heat distortion temperature is 30-50ºC higher than that of pure PP. It can be used continuously in environments of 80-120ºC, making it suitable for medium-temperature working conditions.
- Good Dimensional Stability: Glass fiber inhibits the thermal shrinkage and creep of PP, so the molded parts are not easy to deform and have good precision retention.
