PEEK gears are high-performance industrial components made from premium polyetheretherketone resin, ideal for demanding working environments. Featuring excellent mechanical properties, they offer outstanding tensile strength, high temperature resistance up to 260°C, and extremely low water absorption, ensuring stable dimensional control and long service life.
These gears possess superior wear resistance, self-lubrication and quiet operation, effectively reducing friction and extending equipment service life. They also show excellent chemical resistance to oils, greases and industrial solvents, with low molding shrinkage for high precision.
