Product Description
Wear Resistance and Self-lubricationThe addition of PTFE significantly reduces the friction coefficient of POM and forms a transfer film to reduce wear, making it suitable for high-wear and low-friction scenarios, such as bearings, gears and other components.
Mechanical Properties
POM itself has high strength, rigidity and creep resistance. These properties are retained after compounding. Meanwhile, the toughness and rigidity of the material can be balanced by adjusting the PTFE content to adapt to complex working conditions.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Both PTFE and POM are stable to chemicals such as acids, alkalis and salts. The composite material can resist most organic solvents and corrosive media, and is suitable for scenarios such as chemical pipelines and valves.
Dimensional Stability
Low water absorption ensures that the material maintains stable dimensions in humid environments or when temperature changes, enabling high processing precision for precision parts.
Processing Performance
It can be formed by injection, extrusion and other methods, with good fluidity and low shrinkage, making it suitable for the production of products with complex shapes.
Heat Resistance
The long-term service temperature can reach 100-120ºC, and it can withstand higher temperatures in the short term, making it suitable for some high-temperature environments.
