1. Excellent Mechanical Properties: Dry tensile strength ranges from 60 to 80 MPa, with good impact resistance and fatigue resistance, enabling it to withstand heavy loads.
2. Self-lubricating & Wear-resistant: It features a low friction coefficient and can be used under dry friction conditions without additional lubrication. Its wear resistance far exceeds that of ordinary plastics and some metals.
3. Good Dimensional Stability: The molding shrinkage rate is controllable within 1.5%-2.5%, and the short-term water absorption rate is only 0.1%-0.3%, so temperature and humidity changes have little impact on dimensions.
4. Chemical Corrosion Resistance: It is stable to most non-polar solvents such as alkalis, alcohols and esters, and can be applied in corrosive environments like chemical engineering and water treatment.
5. Easy to Machine & Form: It can be processed into customized parts such as gears, bushings and bearings through conventional machining methods including turning, milling and drilling, with high processing efficiency.
