PA6 (Nylon 6) rod is a widely used engineering plastic rod with excellent overall performance. It offers good mechanical strength, high toughness, and outstanding wear and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for machining structural parts. Featuring self-lubricating properties, it reduces friction and extends service life in moving components.
PA6 rod has moderate heat resistance and good oil and chemical resistance, suitable for use in various industrial environments. Although it absorbs water slightly, it still maintains stable performance under most working conditions.
Easy to machine, drill, tap and mill, PA6 rod is widely applied in machinery, automotive, electrical and textile industries. It is commonly used for gears, bearings, bushings, guide rails, insulators and custom machined parts.
