Our precision-engineered PEEK tubing delivers exceptional durability for demanding industrial, medical and aerospace applications. Boasting low water absorption (0.05-0.07% in 24h) and minimal molding shrinkage (0.7-1.4%), it maintains dimensional stability even under extreme conditions. With a tensile strength of 95-105 MPa, it resists high temperatures, corrosive chemicals and mechanical wear. Biocompatible and sterilizable, it is ideal for medical devices, while its precision machining ensures a tight fit for fluid handling and hydraulic systems. Lightweight yet robust, this tubing is a reliable choice for critical applications where performance and longevity matter most.
1. Excellent Heat Resistance: The continuous service temperature can reach 240ºC, the short-term heat resistance can exceed 300ºC, and it also has good thermal shock resistance.
2. Outstanding Mechanical Properties: It features high strength and high rigidity, along with excellent fatigue and creep resistance. Its mechanical properties can be further enhanced through reinforcement modification.
3. Strong Chemical Resistance: It is stable to most chemicals such as acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and not prone to degradation in harsh chemical environments.
4. Low Water Absorption & Dimensional Stability: With extremely low water absorption and low molding shrinkage, it can maintain precise dimensional accuracy during long-term use.
5. Good Biocompatibility: It meets medical-grade standards, is applicable to implantable medical devices, and can withstand multiple sterilization methods including steam and irradiation.
6. Superior Electrical Insulation Performance: It maintains stable electrical insulation over a wide range of temperatures and frequencies, making it suitable for the electrical and electronic fields.
