Featuring ultra-low water absorption (0.03%-0.05%) and minimal shrinkage (0.1%-0.4%), it boasts excellent dimensional stability. With tensile strength up to 150MPa, it resists harsh chemicals and extreme conditions. Product Features
1. Excellent Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength reaches 100-150MPa, 50% higher than pure PVDF, with excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance.
2. Superior Dimensional Stability: Water absorption rate is only 0.03%-0.05% at 23ºC for 24 hours, and molding shrinkage rate is as low as 0.1%-0.4%.
3. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Inherits the essence of PVDF, resistant to acids, alkalis, organic solvents and strong corrosive media, suitable for harsh chemical environments.
4. Good Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature ranges from -40ºC to 150ºC, can withstand short-term high-temperature impact, and the heat distortion temperature is significantly improved.
5. Composite Functional Advantages: Combines the weather resistance of PVDF and the high strength of carbon fiber, lightweight with excellent rigidity.
