This yellow PA1010 rod, also named yellow nylon 1010 bar, is a high-performance engineering plastic with excellent comprehensive properties. It features low water absorption of 0.3%-1.5% (24h immersion), molding shrinkage of 1.0%-1.5% and tensile strength of 35-60MPa, ensuring stable dimensions and good mechanical strength after machining. The yellow solid rod boasts outstanding toughness, wear resistance and chemical resistance, resisting oils, weak acids and alkalis effectively. It has good machinability, easy for cutting, drilling and shaping without cracking. Suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts, gears, bushings, fasteners and structural components in machinery, automotive and electrical industries. Extruded with premium raw materials, it has uniform color and dense texture, no scratches or defects, meeting industrial application standards and supporting customized cutting as per requirements.
