POM 500P rod is a medium-viscosity polyoxymethylene bar with excellent mechanical properties. It boasts high tensile strength (69MPa at 23ºC), low water absorption (0.25% in 24h), and stable dimensional accuracy (shrinkage 2.2%-2.4%). Suitable for precision parts, gears, and mechanical components, it offers good wear resistance, fatigue resistance, and chemical stability. Easy to machine and extrude, ideal for industrial automation, automotive, and electronics fields.
1. Excellent mechanical properties: Tensile strength reaches 69MPa at room temperature, with high rigidity, strong impact resistance and fatigue resistance, not easy to deform under long-term stress, suitable for mechanical transmission components.
2. Good dimensional stability: Mold shrinkage rate is stably 2.2%-2.4%, low water absorption (only 0.25% after 24-hour immersion), and environmental humidity changes have little impact on dimensions.
