Product Description
PFA Product Description
PFA (Perfluoroalkoxy) is a high-performance fluoropolymer, a modified PTFE. It features excellent heat resistance (-200°C to +260°C), strong chemical inertness against most acids/alkalis, and good electrical insulation. Unlike PTFE, it is melt-processable via injection molding/extrusion. With low friction, high purity, and biocompatibility, it's widely used in chemicals, electronics, medical, and food industries for pipes, cables, and lab ware.

Product Parameters
- Temperature Range: Minimum operating temperature down to -75°C, maximum continuous operating temperature at 260°C.
- Pressure Resistance: PFA tubes of different specifications have different pressure resistance. For example, a PFA tube with an inner diameter of 2mm, outer diameter of 4mm, and wall thickness of 1mm has an operating pressure of 30bar at 23°C, while a PFA tube with an inner diameter of 10mm, outer diameter of 12mm, and wall thickness of 1mm has an operating pressure of 8bar.
- Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ranges from 28-31MPa, and friction coefficient ranges from 0.05-0.1.
- Chemical Properties: Possesses extremely high chemical inertness, resistant to almost all chemical media, and complies with standards such as FDA and USP Class VI.
- Electrical Properties: Features excellent insulating characteristics.
