Boasting high tensile strength (80-227MPa, varying by glass fiber reinforcement), excellent wear resistance, and good heat resistance, this material maintains structural stability even in harsh operating environments. With a low water absorption rate (0.5%-0.6% for 24-hour immersion at 23ºC) and adjustable shrinkage rate (0.2%-2% based on modification), it ensures precise dimensional accuracy in processing, suitable for manufacturing high-precision components.
Product Features
1. Excellent mechanical properties: High tensile strength (80-140MPa for unreinforced grade, up to 227MPa for glass fiber reinforced grade), strong impact resistance and fatigue resistance, outstanding load-bearing capacity, and ability to withstand long-term mechanical stress.
2. Good wear and friction resistance: Superior self-lubricating property, low friction coefficient, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for manufacturing moving parts (such as gears and sliders) to reduce component wear and tear.
3. Good thermal stability: Continuous service temperature can reach 100-150ºC, with better short-term high-temperature resistance, and can maintain good structural stability and mechanical properties even in high-temperature environments.
4. Strong processing adaptability: Can be formed by various processes such as extrusion and injection molding, with adjustable shrinkage rate (1%-2% for unreinforced grade, 0.2%-0.6% for glass fiber reinforced grade), high processing precision, and able to meet the production needs of complex structural components.
5. Good chemical resistance: Has excellent tolerance to most oils, lubricants, weak acids and weak alkalis, not easy to be corroded, and suitable for complex industrial working conditions.
6. Superior electrical insulation performance: High dielectric strength and stable insulation performance, can be used to manufacture electrical insulation components to ensure the safe operation of electrical equipment.
