he POM+PTFE 20 rod is a high-performance engineering plastic composite, reinforced with 20% PTFE filler. It integrates POM's excellent mechanical strength and dimensional stability with PTFE's superior self-lubrication and low friction properties.
 
Featuring low water absorption (<0.5%), good chemical resistance and balanced shrinkage, it performs reliably in harsh environments. With a tensile strength of 44-53MPa, it suits high-wear, low-noise applications like mechanical parts, sliding components and precision fittings, ideal for automotive, electronics and industrial machinery fields.
Product Features
1. Excellent Lubrication and Wear Resistance: Filled with 20% PTFE, it boasts extreme self-lubrication, an ultra-low friction coefficient, and wear/scratch resistance far superior to pure POM, reducing component wear and operating noise.
2. Stable Mechanical Properties: Retains POM's excellent rigidity, toughness and dimensional stability, with a tensile strength of 44-53MPa and low deformation rate after molding, suitable for precision component processing.
3. Strong Environmental Adaptability: Low water absorption (≤0.5%) with minimal performance fluctuation when damp; resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, maintaining stable performance even under harsh working conditions.
4. Convenient Molding and Processing: Processable via conventional techniques like injection molding and extrusion, featuring high molding efficiency, suitable for mass production of sheets, rods and various profiles.
