POM  are commonly referred to as polyacetal.
POM plastics are semi-crystalline thermoplastics with high mechanical strength and stiffness, and its also have good sliding properties, excellent wear resistance and low water absorption. Good dimensional stability, excellent fatigue strength, and excellent processability make POM a highly versatile engineering material, even for complex components.
There are differences in the properties of POM-H and POM-C.Due to its higher degree of crystallinity, POM-H has a slightly higher density, hardness, and strength.However, POM-C has better chemical resistance than POM-H, but has a lower melting point.
