With a tensile strength of ≥40 MPa and good dimensional stability, they excel in harsh industrial environments. Lightweight yet durable, these rods offer superior electrical insulation and resistance to aging. Ideal for precision engineering, chemical processing, and electrical applications, they deliver reliable performance in demanding conditions. Custom sizes available to meet specific project needs.
Product Features
1. Weather and Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature ranges from -200ºC to 150ºC. It is UV-resistant, anti-aging, and has an outdoor service life of over 20 years.
2. Chemical Stability: Resistant to almost all acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, only sensitive to a few strong oxidants, with no corrosion risk.
3. Low Absorption and Low Resistance: Water absorption rate ≤ 0.03%, smooth and non-sticky surface, and excellent electrical insulation performance.
4. Reliable Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength ≥ 40MPa, good toughness, not easy to brittle fracture, and strong dimensional stability after processing.
5. Environmental Protection and Safety: Odorless, non-toxic, compliant with food contact and medical-grade relevant standards, and recyclable.
6. Easy Processability: Supports various processes such as extrusion, injection molding, and welding, and can be made into rods, tubes, films, profiles, and other forms.
