Our PEEK+PTFE composite combines PEEK's exceptional mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance and chemical stability with PTFE's superior lubricity and low friction coefficient, creating a high-performance material ideal for demanding industrial applications.
With a saturated water absorption rate of only 0.1%-0.2%, it ensures excellent dimensional stability even in humid environments. The molding shrinkage rate ranges from 1.5% to 3.0%, while the tensile strength remains at 60-90 MPa, balancing processability and durability.
This composite excels in aerospace, automotive and oil & gas sectors, particularly for gears, bearings and valve components requiring wear resistance and self-lubrication. Trust our material for reliable, long-lasting performance.
1. Excellent self-lubrication and wear resistance: PTFE endows the material with an extremely low friction coefficient, reducing operational wear of components. No additional lubrication is required, making it suitable for high-load, oil-free working conditions.
2. Outstanding chemical resistance: Inheriting the intrinsic properties of PEEK, it can resist a variety of chemical media such as acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making it highly applicable in chemical and petroleum industries.
3. Stable dimensional accuracy: With a saturated water absorption rate of only 0.1%-0.2%, the hygroscopic deformation is minimal, ensuring excellent dimensional stability after molding to meet the processing requirements of precision components.
4. Good mechanical properties: Maintaining a tensile strength of 60-90 MPa, it balances rigidity and toughness, and can maintain stable performance over a wide temperature range from -200ºC to 260ºC.
5. Easy processability: With a molding shrinkage rate of 1.5%-3.0%, it is compatible with CNC precision machining, injection molding and other processes, and can manufacture industrial parts with complex structures.
