1. Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength (55-70 MPa), excellent wear resistance and self-lubrication, strong fatigue and impact resistance, suitable for manufacturing transmission components.
2. Dimensional Stability: Extremely low water absorption (approx. 0.22% after 24-hour immersion), controllable molding shrinkage rate (1.5%-3.5%), and minimal dimensional impact caused by environmental humidity changes.
3. Chemical Stability: Resistant to grease, organic solvents, weak acids and alkalis; not resistant to strong acids, strong oxidants, and long-term immersion in high-temperature hot water.
