1. Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: The continuous service temperature can reach 120-140ºC, and the short-term heat resistance temperature exceeds 200ºC. Superior to PA6 and PA66, it can adapt to high-temperature working conditions.
2. Outstanding Mechanical Properties: It features remarkable tensile strength, rigidity and creep resistance. The strength can be increased by 2-3 times after glass fiber reinforcement, ensuring good dimensional stability under long-term stress.
3. Low Water Absorption & Low Shrinkage Rate: Its water absorption rate is lower than that of PA66, so it is not prone to deformation caused by water absorption after molding. The shrinkage rate of reinforced grades can be as low as 0.3%, which guarantees the processing precision of precision components.
4. Good Wear Resistance & Chemical Resistance: It is resistant to friction and wear, making it suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant parts. It also has tolerance to most organic solvents and oils, with strong corrosion resistance.
5. Easy Processability: It has better fluidity than high-temperature nylon and can be formed into complex structural parts through injection molding, extrusion and other processes, ensuring high production efficiency.
