UHMWPE (UPE) sheet is a high-performance engineering plastic with ultra-high molecular weight, offering outstanding comprehensive properties. It features excellent wear resistance, far exceeding many metals and plastics, along with exceptional impact resistance even at low temperatures.
With extremely low water absorption (<0.01%) and stable molding shrinkage, it maintains excellent dimensional stability in humid or changing environments. The material also delivers reliable tensile strength and good chemical corrosion resistance, resisting most acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
It is self-lubricating, non-toxic, and lightweight, making it widely used in machinery parts, conveyor components, food processing equipment, and wear-resistant structural parts.
