Product Features
1. Excellent mechanical properties: Reinforced with 40% glass fiber, the tensile strength reaches 135-185MPa, with significantly improved rigidity and impact resistance, strong deformation resistance, and excellent wear and fatigue resistance.
2. High dimensional stability: The shrinkage rate is only 0.2%-0.7%, and the water absorption rate is as low as 0.01%-0.05%. It is not easy to deform under changes in environmental humidity and temperature, suitable for high-precision components.
3. High temperature and corrosion resistance: The long-term service temperature can reach 200-260ºC, and the short-term temperature resistance exceeds 300ºC. It can withstand harsh media such as acids, alkalis and organic solvents, with extremely strong chemical stability.
4. Good insulation and flame retardancy: It has excellent electrical insulation performance, strong arc resistance, and the flame retardant grade reaches UL94 V-0, suitable for high-temperature working conditions in electrical and electronic fields.
