1. Density: 1.3-1.5 g/cm³ (density increases after glass fiber/carbon fiber filling).
2. Temperature Resistance: Long-term service temperature of 260ºC, melting point of 343ºC, and can withstand high temperatures above 300ºC for a short time.
3. Mechanical Properties: Tensile strength of pure material is about 90MPa, and 30% carbon fiber reinforced type can reach 220MPa, with excellent creep resistance and fatigue resistance.
4. Water Absorption Rate: Only 0.07%-0.15% water absorption at 23ºC for 24 hours, with extremely strong dimensional stability.
5. Molding Shrinkage Rate: 1.2%-1.5% for pure material, which can be reduced to 0.1%-0.8% after glass fiber/carbon fiber modification.
6. Chemical Stability: Resistant to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, not easy to be corroded, and suitable for harsh environments.
7. Biocompatibility: Complies with medical-grade standards and can be used for human implant-related components.
8. Insulation Performance: Maintains stable insulation at high temperatures, with a dielectric strength of about 18-19 kV/mm.
9. Flame Retardancy: UL94 V-0 grade (1.5mm thickness), and some models can reach V-0 grade with 0.75mm thickness.
