POM-H is a high-performance homopolymer engineering plastic renowned for exceptional mechanical properties. It boasts high tensile strength (up to 89.6 MPa), low water absorption (≤0.25% in 24h), and controlled shrinkage (1.5-2.5%). 1. Mechanical properties
 
- High crystallinity (70%-80%), with mechanical strength about 15% higher than POM-C (tensile strength 70-78 MPa, better hardness/rigidity);

- Strong creep resistance, capable of withstanding higher loads;

- Excellent wear resistance and sliding properties, suitable for transmission components (e.g., gears, bearings).
 
2. Thermal properties
 
- Melting point around 180°C (higher than POM-C's 165°C);

- Heat deflection temperature of 110°C (under 1.9 MPa), with a long-term service temperature up to 110°C;

- Lower linear thermal expansion coefficient, better dimensional stability (less prone to deformation at high temperatures).
 
3. Processing and chemical properties
 
- Higher processing difficulty: strict temperature control is required (prone to decomposition), with a large molding shrinkage rate (2.5%-3.5%);

- Slightly weaker chemical resistance: pH resistance range of 4-9 (weaker than POM-C's 4-13), hydrolysis resistance temperature around 60°C.
