Our blue POM sheet combines high mechanical strength, excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability, making it ideal for precision engineering applications. With a low water absorption rate of 0.21% (copolymer grade) and a controlled shrinkage rate of 1.5-3.5%, it delivers consistent performance in machining and molding processes. Boasting a tensile strength of 62 MPa, this sheet resists chemical corrosion and fatigue, suiting parts like gears, guides and structural components. It is available in custom sizes, meeting the detailed requirements of industrial and manufacturing projects.
 

Product Parameters

1. Excellent Mechanical Properties: High strength and rigidity, good impact resistance, as well as outstanding wear and fatigue resistance, ensuring no easy deformation during long-term service.
2. Superior Dimensional Stability: Stable molding shrinkage rate (1.5%-3.5%) and extremely low water absorption rate (approximately 0.25% for homopolymer and 0.21% for copolymer), with minimal dimensional variation affected by ambient humidity changes.
3. Good Chemical Stability: Resistant to organic solvents, weak acids and weak bases, not prone to corrosion, and applicable in most conventional chemical environments.
4. Favorable Processability: Easy for injection molding, extrusion and cutting processes, capable of manufacturing high-precision components to meet complex forming requirements.
5. Distinctive Self-lubricating Performance: Low friction coefficient, operable under non-lubricated or oil-minimized conditions, ideal for fabricating transmission parts such as gears and bearings.
