Our flame retardant nylon sheets (PA6/PA66 FR) are high-performance engineering plastic products engineered with advanced flame-retardant formulations, complying with the UL94 V0 flammability rating (0.8-3.0mm thickness). This excellent flame resistance ensures the material self-extinguishes quickly upon ignition, without dripping and spreading fire, making it an ideal choice for applications with strict fire safety requirements.
 
Available in unmodified and glass fiber reinforced (15%-30% GF) versions, our FR nylon sheets boast outstanding mechanical properties: high tensile strength (70-160 MPa), excellent impact resistance, and good wear resistance. The glass fiber reinforced grade further enhances rigidity, dimensional stability and reduces water absorption (0.4%-2.0% equilibrium) and molding shrinkage (0.3%-2.0%), effectively solving the problem of dimensional deformation of pure nylon due to water absorption.
 
With good chemical resistance, electrical insulation and easy machinability, our flame retardant nylon sheets can be precisely cut, drilled, milled and molded into various custom components. They are widely used in electrical and electronic equipment (switch panels, connector housings), automotive parts (engine compartment components), industrial machinery and aerospace fields, providing reliable fire protection and structural performance for end products.
