Our Black Conductive PVDF Rod is premium engineering plastic for industrial applications. It boasts excellent conductivity, chemical resistance and high thermal stability, ideal for static-sensitive scenarios like electronics, chemical processing and semiconductor sectors.
With low water absorption (≤0.04%, ISO 62), low shrinkage (2.0%-3.0%, ASTM D955) and high tensile strength (27-52 MPa, ASTM D638), it ensures stable performance and precision machining.
Extruded uniformly, the rod features consistent conductivity distribution, anti-static effect and good creep resistance, resisting acids, alkalis and organic solvents.
It suits machining into custom parts, offering reliable anti-static protection and durable use in harsh environments. We provide full-size customization to meet diverse industrial demands.
