Boasting high-temperature resistance, flame retardancy, and excellent chemical stability, they suit precision machining, automotive parts, and aerospace components. 1. High Temperature Resistance: The long-term service temperature can reach 200-240ºC, and the short-term heat resistance temperature exceeds 260ºC, with no significant attenuation of mechanical properties in high-temperature environments.
2. Excellent Chemical Resistance: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and salt spray corrosion, and almost insoluble in most chemical media.
3. Superior Flame Retardancy: It has inherent flame retardancy, reaching UL94 V-0 rating without adding flame retardants, and produces extremely low smoke during combustion.
4. Low Water Absorption: The saturated water absorption rate is only 0.02-0.05%, featuring excellent dimensional stability in humid environments, and its mechanical properties are not affected by humidity.
5. Weather and Electrical Insulation Resistance: It has strong UV aging resistance and excellent electrical insulation performance, making it suitable for electrical, electronic and harsh outdoor applications.
6. High Rigidity and Dimensional Stability: It has a low molding shrinkage rate (0.2-0.8%), is not prone to deformation, and can be processed into high-precision components
